Device name &1 already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device name &1 was specified for the device description (DEVD parameter), but a device description with that name already exists.
Recovery . . . : Either change the device name to a name that does not already exist or delete the existing device description by using the DLTDEVD command. Then try the request again.
