Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The address specified for this controller (combination of station address (STNADR), remote control point name (RMTCPNAME), exchange ID (EXCHID), remote network ID (RMTNETID), adjacent link station (ADJLNKSTN), SSCP identifier (SSCPID), or dependent physical unit name (DEPPUNAME)) is the same as the address specified for controller &1.
For controller descriptions that specify link type (LINKTYPE parameter) *SDLC and specify *YES for either switched connection (SWITCHED parameter) or switched network backup (SNBU parameter), the following conditions must be met:
- For APPC and SNA host controllers, the combination of STNADR, RMTNETID and RMTCPNAME must be unique.
-- For APPC controllers, if RMTCPNAME is not specified, the combination of STNADR and EXCHID must be unique.
-- For SNA host controllers with RMTCPNAME(*ANY), the combination of STNADR and ADJLNKSTN must be unique.
-- For SNA host controllers, if RMTCPNAME is not specified, the combination of STNADR and SSCPID must be unique.
- For remote work station controllers, finance controllers, and retail controllers, the combination of EXCHID and STNADR must be unique. Station addresses specified for nonswitched SDLC controller descriptions (LINKTYPE(*SDLC), SWITCHED(*NO)) with an attached nonswitched line specified (LINE parameter) must be unique among controller descriptions attached to that line.
For controller descriptions that specify link type (LINKTYPE parameter) *DLUR, the dependent physical unit name (DEPPUNAME) must be unique.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error by changing the station address, remote control point name, exchange identifier, remote network ID, adjacent link station, SSCP identifier, or dependent physical unit name, then try the request again.
