Cause . . . . . : Line description &1 is not the correct type for the change line description command being used.
Recovery . . . : Try the command again using the correct change command for line description &1. The following are the change line description commands:
-- CHGLINASC for asynchronous line descriptions
-- CHGLINBSC for binary synchronous communications line descriptions
-- CHGLINDDI for distributed data interface line descriptions
-- CHGLINETH for Ethernet line descriptions
-- CHGLINFAX for fax line descriptions
-- CHGLINFR for frame relay line descriptions
-- CHGLINIDLC for ISDN data link control line descriptions
-- CHGLINPPP for point-to-point protocol line descriptions
-- CHGLINSDLC for synchronous data link control line descriptions
-- CHGLINTDLC for twinaxial data link control line descriptions
-- CHGLINTRN for token-ring network line descriptions
-- CHGLINX25 for X.25 line descriptions
