Unable to obtain lock on device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A process or job has a lock on device &1.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Object Lock (WRKOBJLCK) command to determine what process or job has the lock. Either end the job or process that has the lock, or wait until the device is available. Then try the request again.
