Line &23 reset failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An IOP reset failed when varying on line &23. Reason code is &1. Reset failed for one of the following reasons:
--00002010: IOP reset not allowed.
--00002011: IOP has a varied on associated controller, line or network interface.
--00002012: Time-out or error occurred while attempting reset.
Recovery . . . : Reason codes and their recoveries follow. Do one of the following and then try the request again:
--00002010 or 00002012: Do an initial program load (IPL). Vary on line &23. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
--00002011: Vary off all active controllers, lines or network interfaces (VRYCFG command) associated with the IOP to be reset. See messages listed on this display or the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) for the names of active lines or network interfaces to be varied off.
