Cause . . . . . : The switched line list (SWTLINLST parameter) can be specified only when one of the following is specified:
-- The controller is switched (SWITCHED parameter or CNN parameter).
-- Switched network backup is specified (*YES is specified for the SNBU parameter).
-- The link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is LAN (*LAN) or frame relay (*FR).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the switched line list, then try the request again.
