Cause . . . . . : An attached nonswitched line (LINE parameter) can be specified only if the controller is not switched (SWITCHED parameter) and the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is not local area network (*LAN), frame relay (*FR), local (*LOCAL), AnyNet (*ANYNW), or Internal LAN (*ILAN), high performance routing internet protocol (*HPRIP), virtual APPN (*VRTAPPN), OptiConnect (*OPC) or Dependent logical unit requester (*DLUR). Controllers with a link type of *LAN or *FR must always specify lines in the switched line list (SWTLINLST parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the attached nonswitched line, then try the request again.
