Device &25 vary on failed. Reset required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred that requires an IOP reset.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the controller that device &25 is attached to. Then vary on the controller (VRYCFG command) specifying *YES for the RESET parameter. Use F10 (additional parameters) on the prompt display to change the RESET parameter. Vary on device &25. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
