Device &25 vary on failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Configuration error was found by the system. Address data associated with the controller that device &25 is attached to is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Display the system resource manager data base information using the Work with Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command. Find the resource name for the controller that device &25 is attached to. Verify that the resource name is the same as the resource name specified in the controller description. If the resource name specified in the controller description corresponds to the resource name found for the controller, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Reason code &1.
--00002002: Logical bus address for the controller is not valid.
--00002003: Direct select address for the controller is not valid.
