Maximum outstanding frames specification not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Maximum number of outstanding frames (MAXOUT parameter) value specified was less than 8. For modulus 128 (MODULUS parameter), the maximum number of outstanding frames must be 8 to 28.
Recovery . . . : Change the maximum number of outstanding frames to a value of 8 to 28. Then try the command again.
