Device &25 vary on failed. Reset required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Vary on failed for one of the following reasons:
--The power is not turned on for the card enclosure with the input/output processor (IOP).
--The physical connection has been lost between the IOP and the device.
--An error occurred that requires an IOP reset.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the card enclosure has power. Verify the physical connection is secure between the IOP and the attached devices. If the card enclosure has power and the connection is secure, vary on device &25 (VRYCFG command) specifying *YES for reset (RESET parameter). Use F10 (additional parameters) on the prompt display to change the RESET parameter.
If the problem continues, display the QSYSOPR message queue (DSPMSG command). If the device specifies a message queue (MSGQ parameter) other than QSYSOPR, display the messages in the specified message queue. Look for messages at the beginning of the message queue that indicate equipment was removed or failed, and do the recovery action specified in those messages.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command) specifying the system machine type and serial number.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Reason code &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
--00002001: IOP is not usable.
--00002005: IOP is not operational.
--00002009: Device is not operational.
--0000200C: IOA is not operational.
--00002050: Resource &28 does not exist on the system.
