Controller specified can not be connected to this device.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device that is to be created cannot be attached to the specified attached controller (CTL parameter).
Recovery . . . : Change the attached controller name to one that is compatible with the type of device you are trying to create, or leave the attached controller name blank and attach the device when the controller is created. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An advanced program-to-program communications (APPC) device can only attach to an APPC or host controller; an asynchronous device can only attach to an asynchronous controller; a binary synchronous communications (BSC) device can only attach to a BSC controller; a finance device can only attach to a finance controller; host and SNUF devices can only attach to host controllers; 3270 remote displays and printers can only attach to a 3270 type controller. Other displays and printers can only be attached to work station controllers.
