Connect poll retry allowed only for SDLC without short hold mode.

Cause . . . . . : Connect poll retry (CNNPOLLRTY parameter) can be specified only if the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is synchronous data link control (*SDLC) and short hold mode (SHM parameter) is *NO.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the connect poll retry. Then try the request again.
