Truncate trailing blanks not valid with blocking type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value of *YES specified for the truncate trailing blanks (TRUNC parameter) is not valid because a value of *NOSEP is specified for the blocking type (BLOCK parameter).
Recovery . . . : Either change the truncate trailing blanks value to *NO, or make sure that the blocking type is other than *NOSEP. Then try the request again.
