Contention resolution winner must be *SEC for emulation.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the contention resolution winner (CTNWIN parameter) is primary (*PRI), but this is not allowed when 3270 device emulation is specified by a value of *EML for the application type (APPTYPE parameter).
Recovery . . . : If 3270 device emulation is required, change the contention resolution winner value to secondary (*SEC). If 3270 device emulation is not required change the application type to a value other than *EML. Then try the request again.
