Local address is not valid for RJE application type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the local address (LOCADR parameter) is not valid when *RJE is specified for the application type (APPTYPE parameter).
Recovery . . . : If remote job entry (RJE) is required, change the local location address to a correct value for RJE. If RJE is not required, change the application type to a value other than *RJE. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The valid values for the LOCADR parameter when the application type is *RJE are hexadecimal 01, 02, 11-17, 21-27, and 31-37.
