Maximum line speed for RS-232/V.24 is 19200 bps.

Cause . . . . . : A line speed (LINESPEED parameter) greater than 19200 bits per second was specified for an RS-232/V.24 physical interface (INTERFACE parameter) line.
Recovery . . . : Change the line speed to a value either less than or equal to 19200 bits per second. Then try the command again.
