Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The data link role (ROLE parameter) must be negotiable (*NEG) when the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is LAN (*LAN), frame relay (*FR), or IDLC (*IDLC).
Recovery . . . : Change the data link role to negotiable (*NEG), then try the request again.
