X.25 delayed connection timer not allowed for primary role.

Cause . . . . . : The X.25 delayed connection timer (X25DLYTMR parameter) cannot be specified when the data link role (ROLE parameter) is primary (*PRI).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the X.25 delayed connection timer. Then try the request again.
