Cause . . . . . : Pre-established session (PREESTSSN parameter) can be specified only if yes (*YES) is specified for single session device (SNGSSN parameter) and for locally controlled session (LCLCTLSSN parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove pre-established session (PREESTSSN parameter) or change single session device (SNGSSN parameter) to yes (*YES) and locally controlled session (LCLCTLSSN parameter) to yes (*YES). Then try the request again.
