Logical channel identifiers must be in hexadecimal form.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A logical channel identifier that is not correct was specified. Logical channel identifiers must be three hexadecimal characters. Each character can range from 0-9 or A-F. The logical channel identifier can range from 000-FFF.
Recovery . . . : Do the following, and then try the command again:
1) Examine the logical channel entries specified to find logical channel identifiers that are not correct.
2) Change the incorrect logical channel identifiers to the correct hexadecimal format.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The first character of the logical channel identifier is the logical channel group number. The remaining two characters are the logical channel number. The logical channel identifiers specified should match those in the network subscription.
