Resource &1 already has controller &2 as automatic configuration controller.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The controller &2 has already been created for resource &1 with automatic configuration controller (AUTOCFG parameter) as yes (*YES). Only one controller can have automatic configuration controller as *YES for each resource name.
Recovery . . . : Use a different resource name (RSRCNAME parameter), or change automatic configuration controller (AUTOCFG parameter) to no (*NO), or change controller &2 (CHGCTLLWS or CHGCTLTAP command) so that automatic configuration controller is *NO. Then try the request again.
