Transmission group number allowed only for APPN.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The transmission group number (TMSGRPNBR parameter) can be specified only if yes (*YES) is specified for advanced peer-to-peer networking capable (APPN parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the transmission group number or change the APPN-capable parameter to *YES. Then try the request again.
