IOP reset not valid when varying on device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Reset (RESET parameter) value can only be specified as *YES for tape, diskette, optical, or media library devices when varying on a device.
Recovery . . . : Remove the reset (RESET parameter) value specified or change the object name (CFGOBJ parameter). Then try the command again.
