Cause . . . . . : The auxiliary devices (AUXDEV parameter), the double-byte character set (DBCS) feature (IGCFEAT parameter), the remote location name (RMTLOCNAME parameter), the local location name (LCLLOCNAME parameter), and the remote network identifier (RMTNETID parameter) can be changed only when the device is varied off.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the device (VRYCFG command). Then try the request again.
