Line row &2 link speed is not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The minimum link speed for line row &2 is greater than the maximum link speed for the same row. The minimum link speed must be less than or equal to the maximum link speed within the same row.
Recovery . . . : Specify a minimum link speed for line row &2 that is less than or equal to the maximum link speed for line row &2, and then try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Note that a link speed of 4M is the same as 4 million bits per second. *MIN is the lowest link speed available (anything less than 1200 bits per second). *MAX is the highest link speed available (anything greater than 16 million bits per second).
