Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The minimum cost per connect time for line row &2 is greater than the maximum cost per connect time for the same row. The minimum cost per connect time must be less than or equal to the maximum cost per connect time within the same row.
Recovery . . . : Specify a minimum cost per connect time for line row &2 that is less than or equal to the maximum cost per connect time for line row &2, and then try the command again.
