Connection number of *ANY valid only for X.25 SVC in.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The connection number (CNNNBR parameter) can be *ANY only if link type is X.25 (*X25), the controller is switched (SWITCHED parameter), and initial connection (INLCNN parameter) is answer (*ANS).
Recovery . . . : Change the connection number (CNNNBR parameter) or change initial connection (INLCNN parameter) to answer (*ANS). Then try the request again.
