Node row &2 weight cannot be greater than node row &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The node weight for a given row must be less than or equal to the node weight for the next higher row.
Recovery . . . : Specify a node weight for node row &2 that is less than or equal to the node weight for node row &3, and then try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Node row weights must be in an increasing arrangement as the node row number increases. For example: Row 1 node weight should be less than or equal to row 2 node weight. Row 2 node weight should be less than or equal to row 3 node weight.
