Device &25 vary processing stopped.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Internal index for either modes or devices is damaged.
Recovery . . . : Initial program load (IPL) must be run to repair the damaged index. Any commands accessing the index when it became damaged will complete. Any commands that access the index after it became damaged will fail until an IPL is completed.
