Device &1 not compatible with controller.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device description &1 is not created. Reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
1309 -- Attached controller (CTL parameter) is local and the device is virtual, or attached controller is virtual and the device is local.
1311 -- Maximum length of request unit (MAXLENRU parameter) value is not valid for the attached controller; it must be *CALC. Other values may be used for X.25 only.
1312 -- No model Axx tape device is attached to the tape controller.
1313 -- More than one model Axx tape device is attached to the tape controller.
1316 -- Short-hold mode device location address (LOCADR parameter) must not be 00.
1317 -- No devices are allowed to attach to an APPN connection network model controller (MDLCTL parameter is *YES).
1318 -- Port number (PORT parameter) value is outside of the valid range for the attached controller. Valid port numbers for devices attached to a 2637 controller are 0 through 5. Valid port numbers for devices attached to a 2638 controller are 0 and 1.
1319 -- Shared session number (SHRSSNNBR parameter) must be 0 for this device when attaching it to a controller other than a 5494, 2661, or 6050.
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors, then try the request again.
