Local identifier allowed only for switched or SNBU controllers.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local identifier (LCLID parameter) can be specified only when connection type (CNN parameter) is switched point-to-point (*SWTPP) or switched network backup (SNBU parameter) is yes (*YES).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the local identifier. Then try the request again.
