X.25 user group ID not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : The X.25 user group identifier (USRGRPID parameter) can be specified only if the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is X.25 (*X25), the controller is switched (SWITCHED parameter), and the initial connection (INLCNN parameter) is dial (*DIAL).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the X.25 user group identifier, or change initial connection to *DIAL, then try the request again.
