Reverse charging not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : Reverse charging (RVSCRG parameter) can be specified only if the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is X.25 (*X25) and the controller is switched (SWITCHED parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for reverse charging, then try the request again.
