Line &23 vary on failed.

Cause . . . . . : Resource &28 does not exist on the system.
Recovery . . . : Display the system resource manager data base information using the Work with Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command. Find the resource name for the corresponding communications line to be varied on. Verify that the resource name is the same as the resource name specified in line description &23. If the resource name specified in line description &23 corresponds to the resource name found for the communications line, display the QSYSOPR message queue (DSPMSG command). If the line specifies a message queue (MSGQ parameter) other than QSYSOPR, display the messages in the specified message queue. Look for messages at the beginning of the message queue that indicate equipment was removed or failed, and do the recovery action specified in those messages. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
