Predial delay allowed only for switched or SNBU controllers.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The predial delay (PREDIALDLY parameter) can be specified only if the controller is switched (SWITCHED parameter or CNN parameter) or switched network backup (SNBU parameter) is yes (*YES).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the predial delay and try the request again.
