Data link role must be secondary for TDLC link type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The data link role (ROLE parameter) must be secondary (*SEC) when the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is TDLC (*TDLC).
Recovery . . . : Change the data link role (ROLE parameter) to secondary (*SEC). Then try the request again.
