Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A remote location name (RMTLOCNAME parameter) cannot be specified unless the configuration description (CFGD parameter) is *LOC.
Recovery . . . : To specify a remote location name, change the CFGD parameter to *LOC. Otherwise, change the RMTLOCNAME parameter to *NONE or omit the parameter.
