Remote network identifier and CP name same as local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote network identifier (RMTNETID parameter) and remote control point (CP) name (RMTCPNAME parameter) are the same as the local network identifier and local control point name. A value of network attributes (*NETATR) for remote network identifier means that it is the same as the local network identifier.
Recovery . . . : Change the remote network identifier or remote control point name so that at least one of them is different from the local system. The local network identifier and local control point name can be displayed using the Display Network Attributes (DSPNETA) command. Then try the request again.
