Inactivity timer must be *NOMAX for delayed connection.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the dial command (DIALCMD parameter) is specified as a delayed connection (*OTHER), the inactivity timer (INACTTMR parameter) must be set to wait indefinitely (*NOMAX).
Recovery . . . : Either change the inactivity timer to *NOMAX, or the dial command to a value other than *OTHER. Then try the command again.
