Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Language type (LNGTYPE parameter) can only be specified if the device class (DEVCLS parameter) is local (*LCL) and the device type is ASCII.
Recovery . . . : Remove the language type (LNGTYPE parameter) value specified. Then try the request again.
