Controller &1 cannot be varied off at this time.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There are jobs in the network which are currently using controller &1.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to determine which jobs are associated with controller &1. For intermediate jobs associated with controller &1, use the Display APPN Information (DSPAPPNINF) command. Then either wait for the jobs to complete before you try to vary off the controller again or end the jobs if you must vary off the controller at this time.
