From-file record length less than expected length.

Cause . . . . . : The CPYF command FMTOPT parameter was specified with a value of *CVTFLOAT or *NULLFLAGS but the record length of from-file &1 in library &2 is less than the sum of the record length of to-file &3 in library &4 plus the number of null flags expected for the from-file. The number of null flags expected is 0 unless *NULLFLAGS was specified. If *NULLFLAGS was specified, the number of null flags expected is the number of null-capable fields in the to-file record format.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change the to-file record format.
-- Change the FMTOPT value.
