Unicode field not allowed on INCCHAR parameter.

Cause . . . . . : Field &4 in record format &3 in file &1 in library &2 is a UCS-2 (Universal Coded Character Set) -graphic, UTF-8 (UCS Transformation Format) -character or UTF-16-graphic field. UCS-2-graphic, UTF-8-character or UTF-16-graphic fields are not allowed as a field name on the INCCHAR parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Remove field &4 from the INCCHAR specification.
-- Specify *RCD or *FLD rather than a field name on INCCHAR.
