FROMRCD or TORCD value too large for COMPRESS(*NO).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When COMPRESS(*NO) is specified, the FROMRCD and TORCD values must be less than or equal to the maximum number of records allowed for a physical file member. The maximum value allowed is 16777215 records.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change the COMPRESS parameter to *YES.
-- Specify values less than or equal to 16777215 for the FROMRCD and TORCD parameters.
-- Omit the FROMRCD and TORCD parameters.
