Connection number is too long.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : For advanced program-to-program communications (APPC) controllers, the connection number (CNNNBR parameter) must be 14 characters or less when short hold mode (SHM parameter) is yes (*YES). For host, finance, and remote work station controllers, the connection number must be 18 characters or less when short hold mode is *YES.
Recovery . . . : Change the connection number so that it has a valid length. Then try the request again.
