Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A time-out error has occurred while waiting for an object to go to varied off.
Recovery . . . : Recheck the status of the object. If the object is still varied off pending, try the vary off request again with asynchronous vary off (ASCVRYOFF parameter) specified as no (*NO). If the time-out occurs again, wait for system activity to decrease.
