Controller &24 vary on stopped.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Controller &24 is not available.
Recovery . . . : If the controller was varied on using the reset option, try varying on the controller again without using the reset option. If the vary still does not work, wait 1 minute and try the vary again without using the reset option.
If the reset option was not used on the vary on, try the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command and specify *YES for reset (RESET parameter). Use F10 (additional parameters) on the prompt display to change the RESET parameter.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system could not find the controller connected to the input/output processor (IOP) that was being reset. The controller may report to the system in a short amount of time and correct the problem. If not, there may be an internal system failure.
