Cause . . . . . : The line speed (LINESPEED parameter) specified for line &23 is too fast for the adapter.
Recovery . . . : Use option 2 on the Work with Line Descriptions display (WRKLIND command) to change the line speed for the line description to a lower value. Then try the request again.
