Local adapter address not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the adapter address (ADPTADR parameter) must be an individual address that is locally administered. The second digit of the value specified must be 2, 6, A, or E.
Recovery . . . : Change the value specified for the local adapter address to a value with 2, 6, A, or E as the second digit, then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A valid local adapter address is indicated by the least significant bit of the high order byte set to 0 (which defines it as an individual address), and the second least significant bit of the high order byte set to 1 (which defines it as locally administered).
